Ever since the OC was cancelled and Adam Brody broke her heart, Rbils has been mysteriously MIA from the fashion circuit. I was so happy to see her on the red carpet once again while perusing one of my fave celeb sites Teddy & Moo's. As usual she looks fashion forward and chic. Love the hairstyle.
